About Aaron & April Stafford

As an 11 year resident of the Copperopolis-Lake Tulloch area, I can offer a vast knowledge of the local area including real estate market values, local activities, local schools, and much more. I was born in Southern Illinois and found my way to Copperopolis after meeting my husband, Aaron, while attending college at Southern Illinois University at Carbondale. It was his dream to return home to “Copper” after college and that is what we did.  Aaron quickly became one of the top real estate agents in the area, while I was able to stay home and take care of our growing family which now consists of three daughters, Addison (9), Alexia (8), and Annabella(4). Now that my children are getting older, it only seemed natural that I begin my career in real estate.

I work as a partner with my husband, but unlike most other “teams” or “partners,” we have decided that it would better suit our clients to do individual marketing instead of sharing a one website between two agents. This way, we offer more portals to expose our listings across different markets for our sellers, and to have the opportunity to offer more specialized information for our buyers. Currently, we have five personal websites serving the Copperopolis, Saddle Creek and Lake Tulloch Areas, and our office offers two “broker” sites serving the Lake Tulloch-Copperopolis, and Tuolumne County areas.
